My name is Heini Noronen-Juhola and I´m at your service.
I´m a well marinated business professional with an extensive executive level leadership experience. I've specialized in the Aviation Industry. I´m a strong supporter of a good leadership with well thought strategy and efficient operations. Change is the key to a new success. Good results can be gained only with emotional intelligence. Sustainability has to be a the basic value in everything.
The year 2021 was an year of transformation in my life. I started my own advisory company. I also started as a Senior Lecturer of Aviation Business at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and ChongQing University of Science and Technology.
I have a Master of Science in Engineering (Corporate Strategy and International Marketing, Chemical Engineering) degree from the Helsinki University of Technology. I have also the Global Leader Management Diploma from the Aalto University of Executive Education. At 2022 I got my Teacher's pedagogical qualification at Haaga-Helia UAS School of Vocational Teacher Education.
Since 2008 I worked as the Vice President of Airline Operations at Helsinki Airport, Finavia. My work consisted of everything that had something to do with flight and ground operations (like baggage or winter operations), logistics chains and ecosystems, flight and environmental safety or compliance with the regulations. I´ve also been in charge of the demanding special situations and crisis management.
I´ve worked closely with the airlines, ground handling companies and the whole aviation ecosystem. I worked continuously with the industry organizations like ICAO, IATA, EASA, Eurocontrol and the others. I´ve been the official Accountable Manager towards EASA.
At 2020 I became the Director of Development at Finavia Headquarters. I worked on a sustainability strategy for Finavia as well as a Development Plan for Digital Air Cargo Operations with all the relevant stakeholders.
Before the aviation career I worked in business development, financing and Venture Capital businesses. I have an extensive understanding and experience about strategy development, venture creation, expansion, funding, turnarounds, ecosystems, effective leadership and business creation.
I´ve just recently completed my long time dream and graduated as an Interior Designer from Sisustusakatemia. I´m excited to work also in the interior decoration projects through my My Lounge Design concept.
